We empower community leaders with the knowledge and skills to drive their organizing, expand fundraising and solve real-life challenges in the critical, everyday work they do. Through peer learning, interactive team exercises and hands-on coaching, graduates are trained to effectively plan and implement programs that get to the heart of what’s at stake for our movements.
